What is the Founding 50 offer?
A limited introductory price for our first fifty clients: a professional small-business website for £499, well below what it will cost later. We are doing it to build a portfolio of real case studies with named clients, which is worth more to us right now than margin.
Do I have to sign up for monthly management?
No. The £499 is a one-time payment and the website is one hundred per cent yours. Management from £59 a month is entirely optional, and you can add it later if you would rather see how you get on first.
What is actually in the management plan?
Daily automated backups, plugin and WordPress core updates, security monitoring, a monthly performance report, and an hour of content edits. The annual plan gives you twelve months for the price of ten, plus priority support and more edit hours.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Monthly plans cancel with thirty days’ notice. Annual plans run the full twelve months. There are no hidden fees and no lock-in beyond the period you have already paid for.
How many revisions do I get?
Up to three rounds on the design before we build anything, then one final round of tweaks after launch. If you are still not happy after three rounds, we refund your deposit in full and you owe us nothing.
How does the £9.99 guide relate to the agency work?
It does not, beyond sharing a name. The guide is a standalone digital product for people who want to learn to use AI tools themselves. The agency builds and runs websites for businesses that want it done for them. Different buyer, different product.
