Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are agreed in writing before work begins. 2. Payments One-time projects require a 50% deposit before work begins, with the balance due on completion. Monthly management plans are billed in advance and can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice. Payments are processed via Stripe. 3. Digital Products The AI Hustle Moves Guide (£9.99) is a digital product. Due to the nature of digital downloads, refunds are not available after the product has been accessed. If you experience technical issues accessing the guide, contact us for support. 4. Intellectual Property Upon full payment, you own 100% of the website we build for you. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio. Pre-existing tools, templates, and frameworks remain our property. 5. Liability We are not liable for loss of revenue, data, or business due to factors outside our control (hosting outages, third-party service failures, etc.).
